Local Historic District Design Guidelines
Design Guidelines describe the visual character of the local historic district and help guide the property owner and the Historic Preservation Commission during the design review process. The guidelines describe how to make changes that are compatible with the district and how to protect historic materials. They are meant to be used in conjunction with Chapter 58, the city's Historic Preservation ordinance.
